Hi Lilka,

At GNC There is an item that is sold called Liquid Protein.It is not a protein shake and you can boost up your protein intake with that. It was brought up at our last support group meeting in Santa Clara. I went there to check it out and it costs around 15 dollars a bottle. That might be a good alternative to look at to get you protein levels up with out going to the shakes.
