Guest guest
Irene, your post is so important because it reminds us that we all are individuals, with different perspectives, different reactions to illness as well as medications, and different situations. What's right or helpful for one person might be disastrous for another. Ramblin' Rose Moderator A merry heart is good medicine. I don't write ofter, but I read the posts as often as I can. I hope you don't mind but I have forwarded your post to a friend of mine that has MS and lupus. We both are battling difficult diseases- she is on a ton of meds and I am trying to stay off meds for as long as possible. I have been there, done that and I was considerably worse WITH the meds. Everyone's body reacts differently to the chemicals and mine goes in a rapid tailspin with medications. I know that there are many people that would not be able to survive or function at all without the drugs. I have days that I have to push myself just to get up and work- I work from home and have to literally cross the hall to get to "the office". I just wanted to say that you are truly an inspiration to so many people out there and I really appreciate your words of wisdom. Irene from NC Booking a flight?
