Hi -- just to let everyone know about this cool bmi calculator on the AMOS

site -- It's at www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity.... Got to the left hand

list of places 'bmi calculator' or something like that.

You put in your starting weight (or weight now) and it will calculate your

bmi. I think there's also a chart of how your weight will come off as you

reach your goal or something like that. :)
