Guest guest
Was it someone on this list that said they used liquid protein which tasted horrible but gave them great protein to meet requirements? If so, can you please post this again? Also - what is designer protein and how can one go about getting it? Thanks, Carole

Guest guest
Funny you should ask Carole. I'm drinking my designer protein shake right now! I had my first one yesterday. I love the Chocolate, it tastes like Ovaltine to me. I use two scoops of protein to 8 oz. skim milk. Mix in the blender and pour over ice. It has a whopping 44 grams of protein! I bought mine at GNC. They also have Vanilla, Strawberry, and unflavored which I bought to try in fruit smoothies, but I haven't yet. As for the liquid protein, they have it at Vita4Life.com. I ordered a sample pack yesterday to try. It costs $10.95, I think. Good luck in finding something you like! --- MsMystic1@... wrote: > Was it someone on this list that said they used liquid protein which > tasted > horrible but gave them great protein to meet requirements? Guest guest
, Do you mean that the Designer Protein comes in a chocolate flavor that tastes like Ovaltine? That sounds so good. I thought it only came in the neutral flavor and I've been mixing it with Myoplex chocolate shake mix to boost grams. Guest guest
Hello; At GNC I found a protein drink called ISOPURE/Zero Carb it has no carbs, fat, or sugars. it has 160 calories 40g of protein 55mg of calcium 80mg of sodium and 45mg of potassium it is a 20oz drink and is 1 serving. I am almost three years out and I have to go back on 80 grams of protein a day I hate the shakes (got tired of them I guess) and this stuff tastes great. I don't know if you are allowed to have this but if so it might make a great change and also help with the protein. It also comes in several different flavors My fav is grape frost. Does anyone know where to find unflavored liquid protein? I can only find the flavored ones. I don't think flavored would taste so good on most foods. Could you imagine fruit flavored on weight control oatmeal. Thanks, T
