Guest guest
Hi Pam; You did better than I did I didn't even get the fork down and the spegetti came right back up. I cannot tolerate the look smell or site of it If my Husband who loves the stuff wants it we go out to dinner. Any pasta does that to me. If something makes me sick its off my list for good no trying it in a month. I just don't like the feeling. Tsweetnlow20012001 wrote: Okay, I am a year and one week post op. I can say that I did not miss this food but I don't plan on having it again, at least for a while. Thanks for listening and I was wondering if anyone else tried it and felt like this.Pam Marsh

Guest guest
Hi Pam- You are looking good girl ! I loved seeing your holiday photos ! I have tried some of these foods, what i do is i pick around the noodles and I eat the sauce with meat in it,i dont much eat the noodles or pasta. A few times i have had easy mac about half of a bowl, not a good food choice but it worked at the time.Today for some reason i got a little queasy myself, i had about a half an apple in small slices and then i had some pistachios, well it was not a good mix..........live and learn Colleenmary turnage wrote: Hi Pam; You did better than I did I didn't even get the fork down and the spegetti came right back up. Guest guest
Hi Pam, It was so wonderful to see your picture. What a beautiufl person you are and I get that from all your postings which I appreciate so much. About the spagetti, someone in our support groups eats spagetti all the time but not with pasta but with chicken. I know someone who made it with tunafish. It was just fine. No taste of fish. It is the spagetti sauce that covers all other tastes. I am looking forward to that but I have a long wait. Love to you, Lilka > > Okay, I am a year and one week post op. Guest guest
Pam I haven't had any carbs, but I'm so glad it made you feel not so good, then maybe you will just stay away from it at least for a while. You don't need it and you know it. So stay away and on track. Take care. Donnasweetnlow20012001 wrote: Okay, I am a year and one week post op. Guest guest
Your better off without the carbs anyways. Once you start having them your body just wants more. Be thankful your tool of surgery is working for you. Take care. Donnamary turnage wrote: Hi Pam; You did better than I did I didn't even get the fork down and the spegetti came right back up.
