Guest guest
Thanks again for info! Asher had more muscle cramps when he woke up from his nap. I called his regular pediatrician and the meds he's on should not cause muscle cramps. So, it' either a result of activity after being very quiet in the hospital or the mito or a combination of the two. Warm baths are helping right now. Thanks again for the info! Anne R - mom to Asher (almost 4! - Complex III defect and possible/partial Complex I defect)

Guest guest
One thing I have noticed with Rachael is that it doesn't have to be exercise that causes the soreness and spasms. Anything that depletes her Q-10 will do it, and that includes any kind of injury, any viral or bacteria infection, even lack of sleep. Re: muscle cramps ?, please/Anne/thanks Thanks again for info!
