Do others have a lot of problems with Acid Reflux? It worries me a

bit, because I am having this at night from laying down (I am preop)

and I sure don't want more of it. I know all the benefits and I'm

going down the DS path, but I still wonder...

Also, I wonder how many of DS effects are short term vs long term?
