Hello everyone,

I have not been posting, my orientation is on December 13 I am very

exited about the whole thing. My orientation is going to be in

Richmond can any one tell me how long this last I just want to know how

much time to take from work since I am saving all my time for the

surgery? I am so ready to get my 10% and start loosing and have my

surgery next year. Does any one else have orientation on the 13th?

Hi Karla,

If I recall correctly orientation was about 2 hours. Best of luck on your journey!

Congrats.. good for you. I am doing mine through Richmond also. And the

orientation lasted about 2-3 hours. It really depends on how many

questions are asked by your group. One of the surgeons will talk to

you, they will show you a video of the procedure. And you can opt out

of seeing it, if you rather not. And they also have the nutrionist talk

with you, and go over the 1200 calorie diet. And there is time to ask

questions and understand the next steps to come in the process.

I have a lifestyles class scheduled for tomorrow, and a weight-in. I'm

still working towards goal. I've only been at this since Aug 2005. I'm

working out daily, watching all my food, and drinking my water. I'm

truely ready for all that this process has to offer.

Take Care,

LISA
