Guest guest
Kay! WOWOWOWOWOWOWO!!!!! That's such wonderful news, you are doing so incredibly well!!! The bathing suit thing doesn't bother me, I actually wore one in Hawaii just 4 months after. It doesn't look fabulous, but it isn't too bad. I actually got a very cute little number with a little skirt (that actually isn't made for old ladies), so it hid the inner thighs. they are recovering a bit. The more muscle I add on, the better. I keep a yoga block at my desk, and I stand up and squeeze it between my thighs, slightly rotating my outer thighs inward. It is tough, but it helps to firm it up a bit. The arms though, I need to do more!!! Robynnspecialkmix2000 wrote: As always I enjoy your comments Robynn, and this one just hit me to the core. It's a great feeling, and I know I will never let myself get "there" again...it was just too painful for me."I am so glad to hear as well that you are still doing well and the new man is happyily settled into his new digs! With summer coming up, are you dreading the swimsuit? My inner thighs are still so scary that I am dreading it. You stated that your skin is already bouncing back into shape? LUCKY! I think actually my arms are getting a little better than they where for awhile. Everything else though is sag city.Keep up the great work and take one day at a time! Those last few lbs will come off! Oh and I just wore my size 8 pants to Vegas the other weekend! Single digit pants? Amazing! Woo-hoo!
