THANK YOU ALL who replied to my plea for help.

I have contacted some of you personally for more info.

As I go thru the info and this process, I will post my results as they

happen. Any and all continued info is GREATLY appreciated.

I am allowed a second appeal before I have to pursue a lawsuit. I

think I will have the Obesity Law Associates do this appeal for me.

Maybe coming from a lawyer it will have more punch! We need to work

together to get these Insurance Companies to wake up and quit denying

us the coverage we are rightfully entitled to!

Maybe this will be the case to get Aetna off its Butt and do what they

should be doing the first time around! I wish there was someone who

had the time & resources to do a study to see how much money they

would save by approving this surgery in the first place and by stoping

all the denial/appeal paperwork. With all the CoMorbids that go away

or become much better requiring little or no additional medical help,

that would save a TON of money!

Well, Sorry to go on and on, but I get a little worked up over this.

I hope you do to!

Thanks for all the support!
