Guest guest
HI Peggy, It is the milk. You can become lactose intolerant after surgery because of the natural sugar that the milk has. Cheese and yogurt don't bother you because of the fermentation process that they go through. So for now eliminate the milk or try Lactaid. Guest guest
Hi everyoen- I am not having a very good day today. **if anyone is affended by my honesty, please excuse me** I have spent most of the day in the badroom with cramps, the runs or more like the dry runs, even had the dry heves a few times. The only the different I did yesterday was to make my protein drink with fat free mike. Could that be the reason? I haven't been lactose intolerant before and cottage cheese, cheese or yogrut haven't bothered me. Today I have had all my vits and some water but that is about all. If it is the mike that is fine I just won't do that again but if you think it is something else. pleaase let me know. I have been doing so good with everything up until today.
