Guest guest
Greetings from little house on the prairie. We need calmag in our kids diets and E. I have solved some of this by making things with broccoli (cal) crushing pumpkin seeds (mag) and my latest was crushing sunflower seeds (for E) but my question is, if I cook the crushed sunflower seeds will the E be oxidized? Anyone know? At two and 4 with picky appetites eating the seeds outright does not happen.
