Good Morning All,

I need a little help. I am now almost 12 weeks out (I'll be 12 weeks

on Wedesday). I've come to this spot in weight lost where I'm not

really loosing anything maybe 1 or 2 pounds. I can tell that maybe I'm

toning up going to the gym because my clothes are fitting differently.

But I'm just worried I've only lost 50 pounds since the surgery and the

doctor wants me to loose another 20 by the time I see him again on

April 4th. Tell me somethings to do to help this along. I'm not real

good at remembering to take my vitamins or my protein shake I'm

trying....
