Loved your post Ellen! Unfortunately so true, so true. I once had a (former) doctor tell me that my constant nausea was because I was overweight. I would feel so much better if I " just followed this diet. " So I sought a second opinion from another Dr, who found out my stomach was " riddled with ulcers " as he put it.
