It's an Excel file, and I kinda sorted it by the lab panel to make it easier to enter when you get the results. Hope that helps! Oh, and be aware that the " normal " values as defined by the lab sometimes change, so what's on there might not be currently accurate. I look more for changes than for the current value. My general rule of thumb is that whatever VitaMom says, I shut up and listen. Ain't that many people I'd say THAT about! She has NEVER steered me wrong. There are a lot of areas that are trial and error, and she's always very honest about that. Try doing what she says and see what your labs show. Then you can tweak as needed.
