My experience has been very similar. I have never had many bowel movements

during the day. Never more than 3. They are usually in the a.m. within the

course of maybe an hour. They range from loose to watery but in the

beginning were pretty firm and I felt constipated. My doctor told me to eat

more fat or take Metamucil. I ate more fat and everything is now fine. I

have only used a public restroom a couple times and I'm 5 months out.

Everything is finished at home in the mornings. Pre-op I almost had to use

the bathroom after eating. So this is an improvement for me. I also have

little to no gas other than with my BM's.
