Hello everyone,

I just wanted to pop in and say I hope you all had a wonderful

thanksgiving ( I know I'm late) and I hope your chrismas is even

better.

I also wanted to welcome all the new members and to give a big thank

you to Ramona and for running this group. with my new job and

the holidays I have not been in here in months. I just can't seem to

fine the time. I am surwe things are runing fine as i have not

gotton any emaild telling me different.

I am coming up on my 3 years of my surgery 1/16/03 I am happy to say

I am still maintaining between 10 pounds up and down. I went from a

size 32 to a 16 and have stayed at a 16 which makes me very happy.

I hopr your all well , and if anyone feels the need to email me about

this group please do. I am always willing to hear from the members

of this group.
