Hi -

There is one thing that I would like to add to your discussion of the

three (5 including Crookes & Jossart) surgeons.

Dr. Keshishian is now performing the lap DS. Even though he just

began to perform the lap DS this month, he has lap experience and has

done bowel resections in his residency. If there is any worry about

a learning curve, that curve should be quite short in his case.

Again, you have provided us with some great information.
