I am about 9 pounds from the goal i picked........................its something that is on my mind and something that may or may not happen for me................I think of all my saggy skin the thing that bothers me the most is my arms, for my husband, i think it is the boobs, but he never complains, he just calls me skinny or bones.....................LOL Let me know how things progress for you and I will be anxioius to hear ! Oh by the way I made chicken salad out of the can today, it was pretty yummy................I put a seasoning mix called "Pappy's" i used the blend made for vegetables I made half of a sandwich i got a little full but my doggie didnt mind the last few bites LOL ! My son made two sandwiches ! take care colleenPamela A Marsh wrote: Thanks Colleen. I don't like Tuna or mayo either. Ithouht about trying the chichen in the can but was tooscared to try it. Guest guest
Hey Colleen, its great to hear from you. I am excited about the appointment and having the work done. I am not worried about the pain. A year ago, the thought of it scared me but I am ready. I know that I will be in a lot of pain post surgery and I am ready for it. I have short term disability so it does not effect my time away from work. I am just ready to do this. My only concern is my breast. Said if I got nothing done, I had to get my boobs done. I think coming from at 44DD makes it hard because they were huge and sagged because I breast fed both kids. Now with the loss of weight, they sag so bad. I am also getting the tummy tuck as I have a small sag there (not much at all). You can't even see it through my clothes and is not that noticeable without clothes. So we will see. I will let you know. I have my one year apt. with Dr. Park at KP Richmond and I am so excited to see her. I have let go of a lot of stuff I had been trying and started having four protein shakes a day and one meal. It is helping with my weight loss again. Since doing this, I have dropped 10 pounds and I hope to have the last 10 off by my apt. with Dr. Park. If not, its okay. I will try to make it to the next support group meeting but that will depend on if my husband is working on that Wednesday or not. Be good and it is always great to hear from you. Take care.
