Guest guest
Thanks to Tina for my intial post in letting evreyone know I made it! I ended up staying 2 nights because the pain really got to me. It was so strange, I always thought of myself as being someone with a high pain threshold. Anyway, I went home this am and am doing ok. I'm beat and feel VERY lazy. I have been getting myself up to walk on the treadmill at least 10minutes every 2hours. , you are so correct... my stomach is making some weird noises... Right now I am trying to understand each noise and it is getting frustrating. As I said before, I have no nausea or vomiting, just a weird sensation in my gut. I hope this passes soon and I will be on a faster road to recovery. For now I will keep optimistic and trust that this too will pass. Guest guest
Hi and Patti, Yea. I am so glad you are home. You know that I am just amonth before you (Jan 23) or so and I completely identify with what you are going through. In the last 5 weeks I have had 3 episodes with my tender stomach and some cranky days. But a few days ago, I felt that I turned a corner and now I have more energy and good spirits again. I miss my pool and I wish it were not so cold. But I am walking a bit and doing some real chores. I am so glad you are home and I wish you good good luck and a speedy 4-6 weeks when you will feel so much better. Love, Lilka > Thanks to Tina for my intial post in letting evreyone know I made it! > I ended up staying 2 nights because the pain really got to me. Guest guest
Hi Patti - glad to hear you are feeling better. I know just what you mean about the noises and the weird feelings. I am only 5 weeks post op and still get both, but now they bother me as much. You'll get use to them.
