Guest guest
I really have no experience in this, sorry. I do know, however, that most of the MDA clinics have equipment "lockers" in wich you can loan out different things. Maybe you could find something there that he would be comfortable in, at least to try before you get stuck paying for something he does not like. Also I'm sure they would be a great recource since they deal with alot of kiddos with the same problems. Also Mito is a sponsored disorder with MDA, so your son would qualify for all there benefits. I'm not really sure how much they offer and what not (we mainly use them for support and info) but I do know they will help pay for medical equipment your insurance will not. Best wishes Organize your inbox and send incoming messages to specific folders. Learn more!
