Guest guest
Cathy I use a scooter when I am out and about. I got it through the county here in Wisconsin. I use mostly a wheel at home (can do a little walking). Do you have a program where you are where the county would help with things? I am forever grateful to my worker. I too use the motorized carts at the store. I was using one at Wal-mart last week when an Amish gentleman came to me and said "taking the easy way right?". I said I can't walk and would trade this scooter for your legs anytime you want. He was shocked and said he was sorry and wanted to know what was wrong. "You don't look sick" he said. (where have I heard that before?". Anyway it almost made me cry because he was right I don't look sick---sitting down---but you should see me try to walk. I don't know where I was going with that. Anyway good luck in procuring a chair or scooter. Have a wonderful day. Jackie Re: questions re medication> >> > Marla,> > thanks for your reply.
