Have you had PT or OT for Tyler? If you're in the US, there is something

called Early Intervention (or whatever your state's program is called). It is a

program for those with developmental disabilites aged 0 to 3. They should be

able to provide PT and OT if your child needs it. They also should help you

get any adaptive equipment needed--and give you suggestions about what

equipment you need.
