Guest guest
Keely, I would think that maybe the fact that he is exerting more energy during the day (playing etc) that is is making him more tired than he is used to. On days when we do more than usual my kids sleep more than usual. It is just their bodies way of catching up! As far as the walking goes, I am not sure there. maybe he is just using muscles more than before and he is having some soreness? I know when morgan does alot of walking, she gets cramps and is worse the next day. Hope maybe it is this simple, Dawn

Guest guest
Im thinking the soreness is definately a factor Dawn, he has been signing for me to rub his legs all afternoon, so that is most likely the culprit, even for his moodiness too... Since I posted this, Ive actually come to the conclusion that hes coming down with something... his diapers which ive been blaming on the carnitor (very gross all around) have gotten a little worse, and have definately taken on a 'tummy bug' quality. As well this afternoon hes been running a low grade fever (100-101) and has been fairly edgy in general... I gave him motrin and not only did his temp come down, but his mood picked up big time... Coming down with a bug would also explain away the increased sleeping, and the worsening balance/walking trouble... Im sort of glad, as its something concrete to blame this on, Im going to relax about the cocktail, and assume this is unrelated for now... well see how hes doing tommorrow. For now hes eating and drinking fine, and seems much better since the motrin, so im hoping were over the hump. Thanks for the suggestions, I really hadnt considered that his legs hurting were playing a part in it... I tend to see that as a seperate issue to everything else, but i imagine it would affect everything from his walking to sleeping habits... I hate that our babies have to hurt. Guest guest
Hope it not too bad of a bug and he feels better son. Glad though that it may not be the cocktail, that is good news. Dawn

Guest guest
We didn't see these same issues with the cocktail but we did see some negative effects so we stopped taking it. was nervous...it gave him the wrong kind of energy. The things you are describing sound more like a disease regression than something the cocktail could cause but the only way to know is to go off the cocktail for three days. When you started the cocktail did you start all the supplements at once or one thing at a time? If you did it all at once it could be just one of the ingredients vs the whole cocktail. deb...mom to four great kids and wife to one amazing guy!www.LifeofLoveProject.orgwww.debwells.com
