Which Kaiser are you speaking of ('cause if its Richmond, I have some phone numbers for you)... Nevertheless, call you case manager directly, its my understanding this is the person who issue you the surgery date (mine did for me). You should have no more to go, then you just call and ask for an appointment to see the case manager that you have you 10% off. They will set you up an appointment in which you are weighed to make sure the whole 10% is off, then you will see the case manager, at that time she will see if you have had everything done. Have you already done you final physical at the bariatrics? Have you already meet with the surgeon? You will meet with him twice. Have you had your EKG? Lab? Just a few things to make sure you are ready for the surgery date. Let us know if all this is done, and how things go.
