Hi hun, I was on the patch for 3 yrs at 25, & 50 everyday for 72hours and than change, and when the patch stoped working so well he switched me to the oxycontin 30 2times a day. there was no weaning just when the patchs were due to change he had me wait till the next morning and take the first oxy pill and I didn't experence any withdraw.. thank god ! I know when my patch script would be late in the mail and I would go a day or two without it I had very bad withdraw. I hope your dr. is putting you on something else to replace the patch? Or I can understand the pain and withdraw your going through debbie.
