Guest guest
after a 3 month hiatus. is doing pretty well. After serial casting of his legs/feet, he is back in DAFO's and bearing weight. He is taking a few steps with support. Hopefully, we will have him a walker one day. He is also feeding himself and signing "more" for more food. This is his first sign. He continues to be the sweetest little boy on the planet. My non-mito (???) older son is actually more stress on me. He is very bright, with a mood disorder (not bipolar but irritable and impulsive when not on meds). We currently have him on zoloft and have just started straterra. It's so frustrating because he is a wonderful little boy but challenges authority. Last Friday, he got sent home from school after proclaiming loudly in class, "I'm so bored." he knows how to pushes the teacher's buttons. I haven't been following everyone's stories but wanted to say "hello." Also, we would love to get together with mito families in LA. Unfortunately, Anaheim (where the southern Calif. group meets) is just so far away from us! Take care, Lori, Christian (age 8) an (age 5 with mito, complexes I and IV) No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
