Guest guest
If you go to www.starbucks.com you can find out all the information on the different drinks that they have. I wouldn't really count it as part of my liquid intake but then that is just me. I do count the protein. Ramona

Guest guest
LIlika Please Please take it from me...if you havent aquired a taste for it DONT!! Its on the list now(probably cuz of me) of things that you must avoid. Even nonfat milk has loads of calories, sugar and carbs. I second the advice to go to starbucks website, there you can get all the nutrient information. Its a bad bad bad nasty habit. I started out with good intentions...sugar free nonfat lattes....I quickly went to the full flavored peppermint mochas. I now struggle with it daily!! Since the first of January I have slipped twice....I cannot even do moderation right now. Guest guest
Lilka I would count it as liquid intake, not sure how much protein. I'm sure it's not a lot, but you add up all the protein for the day to make sure you're getting enough. So I'm sure you could use it as both. Just remember you need to also keep track of all your calories, when you start eating more it makes a difference when you add in drinks with lots of calories, and if you start this to soon later it can slow your weight lose down. Also our kidneys need good old plan water to keep us from getting kidney stones, I had many and had to have the procedure to have them taken out the year before WLS, so when I talked to the kidney doctor about WLS he said because we take a lot of calcium, that we definitely should not drink caffeine. These will definitely cause stones if you are not drinking water and really if you don't keep your liquid in take up. Believe me stones are a real hurting thing to have. Take care. Guest guest
Francisco You said that just like what I was trying to say, just didn't come out as well. I don't drink starbucks so I didn't have all that good information. Take care. Donnamanisodream wrote: Lilka:I count it as both protein intake and fluid.
