's Dr.Ponseti essay revised doc.

hi, everybody

this is the first time i am posting a mesage on this group....though

my husband is a member of the other group on the net and we

regularly used to read messages.

My son aditya is now 16 months old and he was born with congenital

bilateral club feet. He was treated by a doctor who put him in 6

casts but in vain....then my husband discovered the Dr.Ponseti

method on the net and he directly contacted him. Dr.Ponseti,

suggested that we come to the USA....but at that time it was

difficult for us to travel that far...we live in India. Then he

suggested another Ponseti qualified doctor..Dr.Dhiren Ganjwala at

Ahmedabad..(a city in west India). We took our baby there when he

was 2.5 months old....he was treated very well by the good doctor in

4 casts.

Now he is wearing the Steenbeek brace 12hrs a day. My son is able to

walk, run, climb and get down with panache!

Nobody can make out that he was born with an ugly deformity....not

even his paediatrician!

We are ever so grateful to Dr.Ponseti and Dr.Ganjwala....God bless

them both.
