Average people should be able to be trained to cast per the Ponseti Method and certified. No more docs. Sure, it'd be a logistics problem for insurance but if they can do it with such success in Uganda... why can't your average Joe do it? *I* want to learn how to cast babies properly hehe... I'd do it for free too lol. I know, pipe dream... but it sure would take care of the *modification* issue. For whatever it's worth, I think this is a good idea. Whether or not it could be implemented... who knows. But it absolutely makes sense.
