Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 Everyone - Through the support of the Camden High School, the New Jersey Parents Caucus is offering a FREE Training Workshop for Parents and Caregivers raising Children with Emotional and Behavioral challenges through its Parents Empowerment Academy - Navigating the Special Education System & the IEP Process. Parents and caregivers attending the training are given the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge of the special education system and their rights and responsibilities. The training is approved by DYFS for training credit for kinship, foster and adoptive parents. The training will be provided in both English and Spanish. Refreshments will be served. An announcement flyer is attached for your use. Space is limited, so please register early.
