Isn't there someone in Georgia? I seem to recall that. Also, how

about Florida?

Nothing here in Florida!!! I have heard of a doc in Marietta GA that

does the DS. Not sure what insurances they take though. I think I

have a link for them somewhere, if I find it, I'll forward it to you!
