Oh yeah, the 1st time I had one the same thing happened! :)

They give me no problems now though (thankfully).

It is such a wonderfully yummy satisfying drink and I love the iced

ones in the summer too.

As a starbuck addict I had to chime in on this one and agree with

Donna. Mine started that way...nonfat, decaf, no foam sf vanilla

lattes, then I wondered if I could do a frap lite and then a mocha

latte. Its better thinking you cant. Coffee made at home with sf

syrup and a dash of nonfat half and half satisfies the taste and way

less calories. I would have been better off never starting on them

and then I wouldnt be battling this 10 pound regain. You can order

sugar free syrups from vitalady.com,davinci.com or torsani.com. Or

they also have limited flavors at Smart and Final.

Barbara...sorry but I want to save you the struggle Im having. It

started innocent and has become a nightmare.

I think for some, this is a trigger food. I've never had anything

other than a non-fat latte in my entire life (at Starbucks or any

other coffee place). I know that I will never have anything

different. But...it's different for everyone and it is definitely

something to be careful of.

Only you (whoever is having the drink) knows if it is going to be a

problem.
