I cant blame it on water weight or any other rationalization I can come up with. Ive had 3 lattes since the " treat " one I had while shopping with my daughter...so 4 total since going 3 entire weeks without. Three were totally illegal ones(peppermint mochas) and one was a sugar free vanilla nonfat latte. I know I ate way too much over the four day weekend off of work for Thanksgiving. So Im starting all over. Yesterday: 35 min on treadmill decaf coffee: entire thermos full, with sf syrups and non dairy creamer protein bar bean and cheese quesadilla(1/2 small tortilla,beans,cheese) 1/2 banana Protein Shake grapes and one string cheese one slice of a personal size Hawaiian Pizza 4 sf mini hersey chocolates Venti sugar free vanilla nonfat latte 1/2 of a 1/8 slice of sf pecan pie HM sf white chocolate latte about 24 oz water Today: Breakfast: Oatmeal made w/nonfat milk,tsp I cant believe its not butter, splenda and 1 tbsp flax seed. Decaf coffee: only one commuter cup Lunch: one cup HM chili con carne and beans, little shredded cheese on top Snack: protein shake Dinner: not sure but protein and veggies Snack: hot chocolate whey protein Huggles --- End forwarded message --- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
