Guest guest
Hey there...how come your e-mail says it is Dec. 1? You are a day ahead, Mr. His name is Mark Van Patten. I'm doing fine. Still hovering at 166, where I've been (more or less) for about a month. The 15th is my six month check up, and I'm so hoping to get myself down to 154 (where I'll be officially dubbed of normal weight for my height) by then. However, Given the complete stall I've had recently, I'm not super optimistic. On the other hand, I can step up my exercise and my water consumption...and I could cut out carbs altogether, at least for a while. I go to France on December 21, and will be in my honey's arms the next a.m. So, that's three weeks. He thinks I'm perfect the way I am, and that I don't need to lose more weight. Ha. Love is blind. Actually, I do look darned good, but I still have weight I could lose. Perhaps not the 30 that I pine for...just because the number 135 sounds good to me. But, I definitely could lose another 20, 25. He's moving back with me in January, and will be starting school. I'm hoping he'll be a good influence weight wise. I think he will. French people don't snack, and he doesn't really like sweets...and he's a worry wart. You know, doesn't want me to be sick. Plus, he's gained a few lbs. post quitting smoking (I think 12 lbs.) and he's desperate to get rid of it...so he's already said we're going to walk every a.m. and p.m. I told him how important it is to me that I keep my weight down, and he respects that..and at this point will do anything to please me. So, I think it will all be just fine. As far my health, I'm getting my energy back, and it seems I'm ok now. The anemia may be a thing of the past. Still get some tummy pain from time to time, but generally because I eat too fast or I try something that doesn't agree with me. Generally preventable! Thanks for asking. I'm very excited for you!!
