Hi Judie,

I've been out of town so I'm only now getting to some emails.

As for acidopholus: according to my Doctor of Oriental Medicine and

Herbalist - who is truly wonderful - it is MUCH better to get the kind that

is refrigerated in the health food store and requires refrigeration. You

might also try to get some other " critters " also: bifidus, lactobacillus -

they all are the good bacteria that your gut needs to function well.
