Dec. 20th is my 1st Appt. With Surgeon, I didn't lose the weight..!!!

Dear Everyone:Hi! I have been a member of this group for a while but have not posted anything yet and now I have to face my fears.I have an appt. with a surgeon on Dec. 20th but I did not lose the required amount of weight (close, but no cigar). I guess I have a couple of weeks left to work on it but... Will they yell at me? hahahaWhat will happen is what I am wondering. I know most of you have to drive a long ways like I do to get all this Kaiser help, it's not the drive that bothers me though, it's the fact that I've been off of the diet for over a month now and have not met the weight requirement.I just turned 40, I have 4 kids & I weigh a little over 350 right now with Diabetes (pretty bad) and High Blood Pressure, etc. I take enough pills to make me full....I need this surgery Badly, I know. I just can't stop saying "Goodbye" to all my favorite foods AND the amounts I am used to....Please Help!I am so upset right now...Thank you!Sincerely, Hadsellaka: Katchickwww.katchick.com
