Guest guest Posted January 10, 2006 Report Share Posted January 10, 2006 Eureka!!! I found it!!!! I've got my old determination and motivation to suceed back!!! Im on a roll and there aint no stopping me...Im in this for life baby!!! OK OK Im calming down(endorphins from my 4 mile walk this morning) LOL. I have a great few days. Im feeling stronger and stronger. I believe Im gonna make it. I deserve to make it. I am down 3 pounds since the first of the year and feel like I can accomplish anything. Here is what I did yesterday: Breakfast: protein bar ( I know but it works for me) Decaf coffee with splenda and half and half water Lunch: 2oz chicken breast, 4 stalks fresh steamed green beans water decaf coffee w/splenda and half/half water Dinner: 3oz tilapia fish, lettuce salad w/ cheese and nonfat dressing Before Bed: hot pure stack whey protein(better than sf hot chocolate or more coffee right?!) My Plan for today: Exercise: 65 min on treadmill(4.1 miles) Breakfast: protein bar Decaf coffee(same as above) water Lunch: 3oz tuna w/hard boiled egg and tbsp nonfat mayo, string cheese water Dinner: 3oz some protein(chicken,fish,beef) and some veggies Before Bed: hot pure stack whey protein I decided to go back to basics. Protein Protein ,Water Water,ETC. This is not a diet but how I have to eat the rest of my life. Im still hooked on the hunkametal and the number is flashes at me...but Im hoping as I get stronger and make this way of eating a habit again I will be less focused on it. I think I will in some ways always be some one who needs the scale to keep me in line...but I hope to get to the point where Im not obsessing over it. Right now I weigh twice a day.
