Picked up more records from cardiologist's office today and my heart event monitor showed (from yesterday morning) what I thought looked like V-tach so I called the office. The nurse called me back and said "Yes, it was V-tach" but your AICD will kick in should it go far enough. That didn't make me feel better since will be traveling with my family to Baltimore, land, on Monday to s Hopkins and I don't want to put them through more than they've been through. Boils down to this: my heart is progressively getting worse...I AM glad that I had the AICD placed. I just wish that I didn't have to find out about this stuff myself (wish they would call ME). Blessings,Becky

Becky, my prayers go out for you to have a safe trip. I guess it just pays to always ask for a copy of your doc visits and tests. hugs S. ,I appreciate your prayers. You're right about asking for a copy of everything. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. BTW, on my recent cardiac visit note (just picked that up yesterday) he wrote that I have pulmonary hypertension. This is from the APRIL echo where it was found but not noted! My pulmonologist was disgusted. Blessings,Becky Solberg wrote: Becky, my prayers go out for you to have a safe trip.
