Guest guest
Hi ,I appreciate your input so much. My RVSP is at 45 which is borderline severe per my pulmonologist. I have to have a repeat cardiac echo at s Hopkins next week when I go for my regular sarcoidosis clinic appt. If that echo is the same I will need a right-sided heart cath. I've been taking tenormin (at first was 25mg a day) for many years to slow my heart rate down. I am now up to 50mg three times a day. That makes sense about the CNS. Many times I have woken up with tachycardia so this makes me think this is usual especially with the CNS part. Also, sometimes with bowel function (sorry...gross) my heart will do weird things. Thanks again for your reply,Blessings,BeckyJessicAbouhamama@... wrote: I just saw this post .. i have boderline borderline PH. also.. but the heart dr and lung dr's don't seem to concerned.
