I'd be VERY interested in knowing what you find out. My forehead is

a mess! I thought it was from my bangs that I'm letting grow out,

but when I went to TX on vacation and got a LOT of sun, they cleared

up, but now they're coming back. They're like little hard whiteheads

that pop right out when I 'get after' them :). They're really

annoying.

Also, my fingernails are better than they've been in my whole life,

even thru 2 pregnancies. Im 6 mos. out and I figure all the vit/mins

and the protein drinks that I'm ingesting is what's doing it. They

are LONG and strong! Wow, what a side effect that I wasn't expecting.

My hair hasn't shown any more loss than it did pre-op. I'm

attributing that to the protein drinks also. I do at least one every

morning to take my vit/mins with.
