Hi all,

I've gone back to work and have been so tired when I get home that I

have not been able to get on line and do the things that I need to do

around home. I'm so glad that everyone who has had surgery recently

is doing well.

Unfortunately,I am having problems from my hernia repair. I've

developed an abscess in the wound and had to have it opened again and

packed. I am now on antibiotics. I am pretty sure that is why I am

wiped out at the end of the day, I was running fever and had chills.

Since the procedure on Friday, my fever is down. I had to have a

second site cleaned out today and the original site was cleaned

again. Hopefully, this will be the last time.

Good luck to all of next week's surgeries, I will try to be better

about logging on.

Take care,

Ellen,

Amazing that you can even drag yourself into work at all! I wish for

you that you could just take a couple of weeks more off and rest up.

Try not to push it too hard, and get all the rest that you can (but

do not overlook modest exercise like walking, either).

Get better soon!
