Guest guest
Every year our city has a light show using Christmas lights making many different scenes, some animated, done by Make-A-Wish and this year sponsored by Hy-Vee Stores (where my oldest son works). Their pamphlet this year features 7 children who received their wishes this year. Asenath was one featured in their pamphlet that was handed out to all the vehicles that go through the park. I thought you might like to see the section that had Asenath. We took the photo the night she got her wish. She was a little ragged looking on this evening, but still cute. Hope you enjoy seeing it. It was a little hard going into the building that had Make-A-Wish volunteers and Santa Claus as we spoke to them to let them know she was one of the wish children. They were so nice and gave her a free photo with Santa (we don't promote him to our kids during Christmas but aren't against allowing Asenath to have some fun) and a Christmas cookie. They were very sweet. I was kind of teary eyes though to see her in the pamphlet and to really think about its meaning. Guest guest
That was done very well. I'm sure Asenath (and the whole gang) are getting alot of use out of the T.V. Find things faster with MSN Search – try it now!
