? vit. K, C, E in liquid form???

vitamin K is a prescription drug. I have never seen it over the counter. It

needs to be ground up, but it crushes easily and the pills are very small.

Asher was just seen (finally!) by a treating mito expert and he recommended we

add vit K, C, and E to Asher's mito cocktail. Do you know if we can get these in

liquid form? Where? Or do I crush them like with B1 and B2? I've never even

heard of vit K - any ideas where I'd find good forms of these?

Hello,

My son Eli takes C and E in a liquid form. We just go to GNC to get

it. That way we can get it when we want. They always have it in

stock or can get it really quickly.

Anne, Check out a health food store. They usually carry many forms of particualr vits. I know you should be able to find E and C in liquid, I am just not sure of the cost. You can also get vit C in ascorbic acid powder, but it is VERY sour.

My daughter ashley who is 5 and has Complex 1 is taking Isotonix they have a multivitamin, C, they taste great and much easier to absorb being a liquid and she is getting 90 to 95% of the vitamins if you would like I can send you more information were I get them.
