Someone just posted this URL and its fantastic:

http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/bmi-start.phtml you put in

your height and weight, it does the rest. Not only does it calculate

your current BMI, it will tell you the appropriate weight for your

height, and has a formula on subsequent pages that allow you to

figure out how quickly you can achieve your goal based on an

anticipate loss of 65% of your excess weight (I thought that was damn

conservative) at different weekly loss rates.

Check it out. I who am mathematically challenged was able to work it!

Theresa: Now there are two of us! Thank God you spell your name with an

'h', although people do tend to refer to me and spell MY name with an 'h' so

it can get confusing! LOL

Man, I am getting there --- I'm stuck at 228 (give a few lbs, I'm sure - that

always happens to me on a plateau)... but I'm hoping to be going down again

soon.

You are most welcome for the bmi calculator - I think it's really cool,

especially when they 'chart out' your expected loss, etc. :)

I did e-mail Dr. GAgner about seeing someone sooner than the Sept. 11 date

about the aches I've had in my upper back. He did advise that I see Dr.

Herron ASAP to get evaluated... He mentioned that I *may* need an ultrasound

to check my biliary limb... I hope and pray everything is a-ok and that these

pains/pressures are NOT a bile limb blockage. On the other hand, it's so

much better to get it diagnosed NOW rather than waiting until it got

extremely severe. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers and I'll keep

everyone updated! :)

As far as gorgeous goes, I feel more gorgeous everyday, that's for SURE! LOL

As long as DH holds that opinion, I'm ok. LOL I'll have to upload a recent

photo --- I also have to get to the files and see everyone's photos...

all the best,

pre-op: 307 lbs/bmi 45 (5' 9 1/2 " )

now: 228 (sticking there for awhile, I guess... drats LOL)
