ankles seem to tip in with red bar

My Daughter Saylah has out grown here gold fixed bar (No bend). We

had a red adjustable bar from a previous attempt at bracing. We got

the shoes and bar all set up no problem but when she is wearing the

shoes her ankles seem to tip in, in relation to her feet and knees.

This seems wrong. Is it what it should look like or is something

wrong with the set up or the bend?
