I was watching Pam's posts to make sure you were OK. I'm so happy

that things are going well for you! Many prayers were offered up for

you.

Keep us updated on your progress. Take it one day at a time, but

look how far you've come!

And now, at last, you'll be looking at life from the post-op side.

Remember to take measurements, pictures and journal all of your

milestones so that you won't forget this magical time in your life.

I look forward to reliving my first steps into the light as you tell

us about your milestones.

YAY for you! Keep up the good work because, as you know, you are so

worth it!

> How wonderful God is. Thank you all for your kind words and

prayers. The surgery has been a roller coaster ride in itself that

has just begun (smile).

to keep my good old food down. I have been assigned to do 2

additional days of " liquids " which is fine with me, I love swansons

chicken broth (lol), then I forward on to the next stage.

> After a short discussion with Pam I decided to stay with my

mother for my family's assistance, this is one of the best decisions

I've ever made. My older brother prepares all my meals and bring

them to me. Keep me on schedule with my meds (yes).

> Walking - I'm doing lots of it and enjoying every second of it.

Anytime of the night or day you just might find me out walking... it

helps (a lot) with the bloating and gas.....it helps me become

comfortable. Regardless of the coldness.....I hear my brother at the

door yelling its " hell of cold " you need your coat (lol lol).

> Day of the surgery I was so nervous you know the " not knowing " oh

and because of my flexing weight anyway needless to say I dont know

what the heck happened my goal was 198 and on the surgery day I was

193 yes you read that correctly 193 I was so proud of myself. Right

now because of the bloating, extra water and everything else from the

surgery I'm approx 195........not suppose to read the scale for

another week or so.
