Hi, I haven't posted in ages, but have a daughter who is 14 with an

unspecified metabolism disorder. She sees Dr. Bruce Cohen and we LOVE him.

The downside is that he is busy and hard to get in to see, but our appts

have been well worth the wait. Our initial appt. was about an hour, and

subsequent ones have been much shorter. What I like is his willingness to

answer all our questions, and how he takes our concerns seriously. He does

not have all the answers, but listens if we ask.

Many stay at the Mc House in Cleveland but we always stay at

the

Holiday Inn Select-City Center Lakeshore

1111 Lakeside Ave. East (the corner of Lakeshore and E. 9th St)

Cleveland, OH

When you call you have to ask for the Cleveland Clinic rate, and they will

automatically grant it, no questions asked. It was $59.00 last year with

free parking. The regular rate then was about $129.00 with $12.00 to park.

They have a free shuttle if needed which we used to get to the large mall.

The drive to the Clinic is easy and about 8-20 minutes depending on traffic.

It is a 2 block walk to the beautiful waterfront and the Rock and Roll Hall

of fame. We just love the location and the large pool and nice family

restaurant there. The staff has always taken all of our needs into account

and met all our requests, even when it meant moving to a quieter room.
