Thanks the subtle reminder, !

My abstract is in CDC clearance, which involves input from reviewers, revisions, and approval at several levels.

While I am working to get it to you by the deadline of COB Friday the 23rd, I may not be able to do so until early next week.

Is this acceptable to you and your co-organizers?

Please advise.

The North Carolina Community Health Center Association invites you to submit an abstract proposal by Friday, May 23, 2008 for possible presentation at the 21st East Coast Migrant Stream Forum to be held on October 23-25, 2008 at the Providence Biltmore Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island!!

Begun by NCCHCA in 1988, the East Coast Migrant Stream Forum is an annual conference that focuses on issues related to the health and well-being of migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families living and working along the East Coast. Through educational sessions, roundtable discussions and networking opportunities, the Forum offers farmworker health professionals a chance to explore new ideas, discover innovative strategies and gain relevant training that contributes to improving health care delivery for this hard-to-reach, undeserved population.

There will be a special focus on environmental exposures and health effects this year! We encourage you to submit a proposal today!!!
