Guest guest
Jackie, I too have that to some extent, how do I explain this, it's strange, I find that when I am urinating I will have a BM too and not know it, I don't have accidents, yetJ and hope not, but the sensation down there is not what it use to be, I do kegal exercises when ever I think of them to keep muscle tone, you know the one where you stop urinating then go, only do that when you are not urinating, just do like 25 at a time when you think about it, this will help to keep the perineal muscle more toned. Good luck, marla From: Neurosarcoidosis [mailto:Neurosarcoidosis ] On Behalf Of jackie Sent: Wednesday, May 14, 2008 9:37 PM To: Neurosarcoidosis Subject: Re: [sPAM]Re: Re: to Jackie and Terri from S.(Christian content) Jackie I too have a problem with the bowels. I cannot feel when I am going so I tend to go to the bathroom a lot. It is something with the nerves I guess. I have little to no feelings in that area. I try not to complain but sometimes I do. You have every right to moan. I am sorry your family doesn't understand what is going on with you. One or two of the moderators will help you with places to go to learn how to explain all of this. We have wonderful people here whit a vast amount of knowledge. It takes time to get with this monster we have. One day at a time with Gods help. I don't study the Bible but I do believe in Him. I would listen if you want to share what you know and feel. In the meantime take care of you, Hugs and many prayers for you.
